I've added some new pages to the blog. You'll see them listed on the right hand column. If you'd like to comment on that information you may do it here.
I was reading up on the what homeowners should know about their HOA page and found a link for an example of what an HOA Annual Budget disclosures should show on an excel spreadsheet. It occured to me that we should have that posted on a secure member's only website... an "Official" website for the HOA management to post relevant information for its members. Meeting minutes etc. Also we should video the executive meetings so we can be aware of the issues the board is dealing with and post the videos to the secure website. Transparency is just paramount.
